At Winairlines, we run a Welcome Package for new players. We also offer Deposit deals and weekly rewards for regular play.

Welcome Package

We split our Welcome Package across our first three Deposits. To qualify, we need a Deposit of at least €20.

The Welcome Package activates automatically, so we don’t need a promo code. If we apply any promo code while trying to claim a Welcome Package step, we won’t receive that Welcome Package bonus.

Here’s a simple example: if we Deposit €500 on the first step, we reach the maximum amount for that step and still get the Free Spins. If we Deposit €20, we still qualify, but the bonus amount will be lower because we didn’t deposit enough to hit the cap.

Deposit Match Bonuses

Our Deposit match offers add extra funds when we top up our balance. The exact match depends on the promo we choose, and we see the amount before we confirm the Deposit.

Highroller Bonus gives a 50% match up to €500. To claim this Winairlines Bonus, we enter promo code 50HIGH during activation. For example, a €200 Deposit adds €100 in bonus funds if we meet the offer conditions.

Sunday Reload gives 25% up to €100 and uses promo code RELDAY. For example, if we Deposit €80 on Sunday, we get €20 in bonus funds under the 25% match.

Weekly Rewards

Weekly rewards are Winairlines Bonus offers that depend on our activity during the week. They work differently from Deposit matches because the return comes from our results or our wagering.

We offer weekly cashback based on your net losses, up to 25%. If we end the week €200 down, 25% cashback equals €50 back.

Rakeback returns up to 17% of the house edge created by our real-money bets. For example, if our play generates €100 in house edge, a 17% rakeback level returns €17.

How We Activate a Bonus

We offer each Winairlines Bonus in the Promotions area. We also show the bonus information there, so you can check the minimum Deposit, wagering requirement, and bonus lifetime before you activate.

3. If the offer needs a promo code, you enter it during activation.
4. You make a Deposit if the offer requires one.

A Winairlines Bonus comes with wagering rules, and those rules decide when you can withdraw. You should read them before you start, because they can change how fast you clear the bonus.

How different games count toward wagering

Your real-money bets do not count the same in every game.

• Slots: 100% counts
• Roulette and card games: 5% counts
• Poker and video poker: 5% counts
• Live dealer games: 0% counts

Example: if you bet €10 on slots, €10 goes into wagering. If you bet €10 on roulette, only €0.50 counts.

Maximum bet limits while a bonus is active

Switching between bonuses

You can pause one active bonus and activate another one. The paused bonus can still expire, because its time limit keeps running.

Withdrawals

You can’t withdraw until you complete the wagering requirement. If you want to withdraw earlier, don’t activate a bonus for that Deposit.

Where do you enter a promo code?

You enter the code when you activate the offer in Promotions, before you make a Deposit. For example, Highroller Bonus uses 50HIGH, and Sunday Reload uses RELDAY.

What happens if you Deposit first and forget the promo code?

The bonus may not apply to that Deposit. Contact our support as soon as possible and share your Deposit time and the promo name.

Can you use the Welcome Package and another bonus at the same time?

You usually play with one active Winairlines Bonus at a time. If you want a different offer, pause your current bonus first, then activate the next one.

Which games can you use Free Spins on?

Free Spins work only on the game shown in the offer details. Example: if your Free Spins are linked to a specific slot, you can’t spend them on other games.

What happens if a bonus expires?

When a bonus expires, you can’t keep using it. If you still haven’t met the terms, you may lose the remaining bonus balance.

Can you withdraw before finishing wagering?

No. You can request a withdrawal only after you finish the wagering requirement for the active bonus. If you plan to withdraw quickly, don’t activate a bonus for that Deposit.

What should you do if you entered a promo code but the bonus didn’t credit?
